Expert Finding in Job Search
Expert finding is the process of automatically retrieving the best set of candidates able to execute a task, or to answer a question on a specific topic. Our goal is to advance the state of the art in expert finding by exploiting social networks and online communities. Specifically, we aim at developing a system that automatically find the best candidates for job offers.

In order to improve our system we need to set up a lot of profiles. By accessing your social networks information we aim to build a better profile and the best possible match to job offers. According to this, we kindly ask you to provide access to your Facebook account. We will not share or release your information, guarding your data as if it was our own. The collected data will be processed only by automatic agents (e.g. software), and it will be managed according to the Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn policies.
